Great for schools, healthcare facilities, and hotels, this cook and hold oven can hold (16) 18" x 26" sheet pans on 3" centers or (32) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" steam table pans. Plus, it comes with 10 pairs of removable universal tray slides and 4 wire pan cooking grids. With a large capacity, you can easily and efficiently prepare meals and keep them at a proper serving temperature for safe service. You can even use this unit to rethermalize your previously plated meals for increased efficiency at larger banquets and events.

Stainless steel construction adds long-lasting durability, and an integrated steel frame provides structure and stability. This oven is fitted with 2 magnetic action, half doors for a secure seal, while heavy-duty hinges withstand constant opening and closing. For increased mobility, 4 heavy-duty 5" casters are supplied, including two swivel casters with brakes and two rigid casters. This item requires a 208/240V electrical connection.
